 I had Alison out too do a saddle check on my custom made Buckaroo saddle from the westurn saddler and of course it fitted beautifully still , I also had saddle fitting done on my young pony and a new horse , Alison took her time was very thorough and really had an expert eye on the tiniest detail and I am proud too say she really did have the horses long term well being and comfort at the top of her list, she explained every part of what she was doing ,Alison kindly answered the many , what , why and how questions I asked , I didn't feel she rushed the apointment , it was refreshing too have a saddle consult with an expert who wanted the long term right saddle that's right for the horse and the rider , i myself learnt a lot that day , Alison was honest , helpfull and a genuinely luvly lady too be around which made me feel very comfortable and at ease , a new saddle is a huge investment and of course we all want too do right by our luvly equine companions if they are too carry us while  ( me personally ) talking  there ears off ! I wouldn't hesitate in using Alison again , I am very pleased , thank you Alison and the entire westurn saddler team 

 Absolutely flawless service. We had a saddle fitting, and Alison spotted our horse needed some back attention. Vet called and saddle brought. Would recommend!  Second horse was measured on the same day so once we're ready to go we absolutely know who to refer to! Amazing after care and follow up. Could not come any higher recommended!

She was very informative and never rushed. I asked lots of questions which were all answered.
I messaged after she has been and still she had time to answer any questions.
I would defo recommend her for saddle fitting, nothing is to much bother and her knowledge goes beyond just saddle fitting. 

 From the very start of our saddle fitting, Alison was so welcoming, caring, and professional. She had incredible attention to detail while also teaching me things I wanted to know along the way. Alison was so caring towards my horse, making sure she was happy and comfortable throughout the whole process, and she was honest about what would be best for her. (Bee loved the scratches 😉)

After just sitting in my saddle with the tweaks you made, I could feel how much better the saddle sat, which gave me a much better riding position, generally more comfortable all round and most importantly more comfortable for Mister.  I wasn't sure about having a treeless saddle fitting initially as it was quite a layout financially, but I'm so glad I did.  Not only was Alison an absolute delight to work with, but her knowledge base, experience and horse-side manner was super, and both my daughter and I got to try a range of saddles and a bareback pad as well as having my saddle checked.  As it turned out my daughter absolutely loved the bareback pad and has now purchased one which she is extremely happy with.  On top of that, Alison has also been super quick answering any follow-up questions we have had, all in all it’s been a A+  10/10 experience. 

 Alison visited me on one of the hottest days of the year and was so considerate to myself and my horse.  We managed a fitting of my current saddle and although it wasnt right for my horse Alisons feedback of the issues were 100% correct.  Alison took time to do a full body mapping of my horse before dealing with any saddle issues. She gave great feedback and suggestions of where I should go in terms of finding a saddle.  I would definitely have Alison vist again. extremely happy with.  On top of that, Alison has also been super quick answering any follow-up questions we have had, all in all it’s been a A+  10/10 experience. 

Alison was absolutely brilliant when she came to see me and my chubby Welshie to look at getting a western saddle fitted. I am completely new to the western world and Alison took so much time to explain everything and carefully guide me through the process.
Alison was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in such a clear way for me whilst answering my very beginner questions about the western world. She had so much patience and genuinely wants to help you and your horse find the best saddle.
From the moment Alison walked onto my yard to the lovely email she sent me with an appointment overview and summery, she has just been absolutely incredible!
